Responsibilities & Context:
- Laundry attendant goes to all departments for collecting dirty/ soiled/ infected linens with proper document.
- Responsible for providing a constant supply of clean linens for the entire hospital.
- Ensure all dirty liens sorted and washing machine load as per SOP.
- Ensure all stains, spot and badly soiled article to be collected into the yellow poly bag and properly maintain to infected or soil linen handling formula.
- Ensure to take over chemicals from previous shift and hand over to next shift.
- Ensure the load of dryer machine with proper article & proper measure.
- Ensure smoothly flat ironer machine operate.
- Ensure all machineries, working areas and whole laundry kept clean.
- Perform any other jobs assigned by superior.
