Education:

• Medical Technology (Laboratory), Biochemistry, or Microbiology from a recognized institution.

• Candidates with training in Laboratory Management, ISO 15189, or Quality Assurance will be preferred.

Job Context

JSK Group, a leading healthcare organization engaged in GCC Medical Checkup Centers, Hospital, and General Diagnostics, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lab Manager to lead its laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of laboratory management, ensure international quality standards, and coordinate between the diagnostic, medical checkup, and hospital departments to deliver reliable and efficient services.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the laboratory, including sample collection, testing, reporting, and record maintenance.

• Ensure laboratory services meet the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.

• Implement and monitor Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs.

• Manage and guide laboratory technologists, phlebotomists, and assistants; assign duties and evaluate performance.

• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and cleanliness of all laboratory equipment and analyzers.

• Coordinate with physicians, hospital management, and GCC medical checkup clients for reporting and technical support.

• Ensure compliance with GCC medical examination requirements (HBsAg, HIV, VDRL, HCV, etc.).

• Maintain stock of reagents, consumables, and chemicals; ensure timely procurement.

• Monitor and verify all lab results before final report delivery.

• Conduct regular internal audits, training sessions, and implement continuous improvement processes.

• Ensure strict adherence to biosafety, infection control, and waste management protocols.

• Prepare and submit monthly lab performance and quality reports to management.
