Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.

  • Maintain filing systems and office records.

  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Assist with data entry and database management.

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

  • Support management and team members with administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Ensure confidentiality of company information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with office management software and ERP systems.

  • Customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
