Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

Configure and set up Wi-Fi routers, access points, and LAN connections.

Monitor the core network.

Provide user support (both physical and remote).

Offer POP-end support (if required).

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.

Provide first-level troubleshooting & guidance.

Record service requests and escalate technical issues.

Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP Addressing, Subnetting, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and networking equipment.

Experience with MikroTik, Cisco, BDCOM, and GPON devices is preferred.

Knowledge of routing protocols such as Static Routing, OSPF, and BGP will be an advantage.

Basic understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts.

Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues efficiently.

Understanding of VPN technologies (GRE, EoIP, IPsec, L2TP, PPTP).

Experience with ticketing systems and customer support processes.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Willingness to work in shifts and provide on-call support when required.

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong documentation and reporting abilities.

CCNA, MTCNA, or other relevant networking certifications are an added advantage.
