• HSC

HSC, preferably with a Science background in SSC. Educational qualifications and results may be relaxed for candidates with animal-related experience.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• Age At least 30 years

• MUST be able to demonstrate experiments to students and prepare reports

• MUST have GOOD Computer and English Language proficiency

• MUST have a minimum of 2 years' experience in any engineering field

• Applicants with a minimum of 2 years academic experience will be given preference

Job Responsibilitie

• Maintain proper care, handling, feeding, and hygiene of laboratory animals according to institutional and ethical guidelines.

• Clean and disinfect animal cages, laboratory equipment, and Animal House facilities regularly.

• Monitor animal health conditions and report any abnormalities, illness, or unusual behavior to the faculty members or lab supervisors.

• Assist faculty members, researchers, and students during laboratory practical classes and research activities involving experimental animals.

• Prepare laboratory materials, instruments, chemicals, and animal samples required for practi cal sessions and experiments.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of animal stock, feeding schedules, breeding information, and laboratory usage.

• Maintain biosafety, waste disposal, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the Animal Lab and Animal House.

• Support the maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, animal welfare regulations, and university safety policies.

• Assist in inventory management and procurement of laboratory supplies, feed, medicines, and consumables.

• Provide technical support during undergraduate and postgraduate research work.

• Perform any additional laboratory or departmental duties assigned by the department authority.
