Responsibilities & Context:
He is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the laboratory services throughout the project locations. His primary responsibility includes planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Laboratory Department.
Provides clinical guidance and regularly reports on clinical activities to the management.
Oversee work schedules for lab. Technicians on a daily basis to ensure proper coverage.
Oversee Organizing the leaves and vacations to ensure an enduring lab coverage.
To ensure proper guidance to lab technicians in their daily tasks and monitoring their performance on a regular basis.
Checking all the instruments are working properly & take necessary steps for trouble shooting.
Candidates having relevant work experience in hospital or Diagnosis center are strongly encouraged to apply.
Any other task assigned by management
All other job responsibility will be given at the time of joining.
