Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lab operations: The In charge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lab, including managing lab personnel, equipment, and supplies
∎ Quality Control: Lab in charge will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. This involves performing tests, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvements.
∎ Manage laboratory operations, including sample processing, quality control, and data analysis.
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations. .
∎ Ensure timely delivery of laboratory results.
∎ Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
∎ Manage laboratory budgets and resources.
∎ Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective laboratory
∎ Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to technical problems with products and services.
∎ Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions to customers.
∎ Providing product and service training to customers as needed.
∎ Staying up-to-date with product and service updates and changes to provide accurate and relevant technical support to customers.
∎ Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction by resolving technical issues in a timely and effective manner.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to manage a team, Ability to work under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area Oven & Knit Dyeing and Washing Chemicals
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill
∎ 5 to 6 year(s) experience in Lab Operation in Textile Dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing, Oven Dyeing, Knit Dyeing Preferable
∎ The candidate should have R&D laboratory experience in the Textile Dyeing industry.
∎ Technical problem-solving skills.
