- Design and develop knitwear collections in line with brand and client needs
- Coordinate with production and sourcing teams for sampling and development
- Ensure timely completion of samples and maintain design documentation
- Research and forecast seasonal trends, materials, and silhouettes
- Participate in meetings, contribute innovative design ideas
