• Strong knowledge of reactive, disperse, acid, and pigment dyeing.

• Hands-on experience with modern dyeing machines (Thies, Fong’s, Dilmenler, etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

A leading 100% export-oriented knit composite garments manufacturing company is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Knit Dyeing Manager / Senior Manager. The candidate must have strong technical expertise in knit dyeing operations, production planning, quality control, and team management.

• Oversee and manage the complete knit dyeing process, including batch planning, color matching, lab dips, bulk dyeing, and finishing.

• Ensure right-first-time dyeing with minimum re-dyeing and shade variation.

• Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely delivery as per shipment schedule.

• Control chemical, dye, water, and energy consumption to optimize cost.

• Maintain and improve quality standards in compliance with buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.

• Implement SOPs, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Handle buyer audits, compliance issues, and technical queries related to dyeing.

• Lead, train, and motivate the dyeing team for better productivity and performance.

• Ensure EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance in the dyeing section.
