Responsibilities & Context:
- To ensure the all utensils clean properly as per company standard and appropriate water temperature used for different utensils.
- To ensure dirty food tray (waste food) throw to the garbage bean properly after cleaning the food tray keep in the signage rack and dirty food tray also keep the signage rack.
- To ensure right chemical use for cleaning the pots washing area. Properly storage pots in specific area.
- To ensure all racks are clean and all fridges is clean by specific chemicals in daily basis.
- To aware hygiene and cleaning and health safety issues.
- To ensure each shift before finished work, areas need to be cleaned and arrange all utensils for next shift.
