Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimate the daily production and check the quality of raw and cooked food.
∎ Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, preservation and presentation.
∎ Assisting Chef de Partie to ensure that food quality and recipes have met the quality and standards.
∎ Responsible for maintaining highest standard of hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be friendly and team player
∎ Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Must be a team player and able to work under pressure and in complex situation.
∎ Able to make Italian, Thai, Local Food Cooking.
