Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
∎ Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
∎ Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels.
∎ Tracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste
∎ Checking daily grocery purchases against invoices
∎ Experience of Serving Dish plate
∎ Follow instruction by Japanese Chief Cook
Additional Requirements:
∎ Healthy both in physically and mentally
∎ English Speaking & understanding ability
∎ Experience in Japanese Restaurant
∎ Not change jobs frequently
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
