Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensure service delivery from Operations back-end to high value customers.
∎ • Work closely as a team with Key Account Managers of sales organization in order to ensure seamless and satisfactory service delivery to Corporate Customers, Enterprises etc.
∎ • Achieve customer retention objectives.
∎ • Analyze customer data and share relevant insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
∎ • Operate across cross-functional teams to execute programs.
∎ • Break down high level business problems into concrete analytical solutions.
∎ • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Relevant work experience in Corporate / Enterprise business entities or in roles supporting such organizations.
∎ • Work experience in transportation / logistics / automotive industry a plus.
∎ • Ability to prioritize and manage a portfolio of high-value customers.
∎ • Strong operations and detailed account management experience.
∎ • Demonstrated ability to build trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
∎ • Self-directed and proactive approach to work- adept at working in highly dynamic environments.
∎ • Creative thinker, able to develop new internal processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ • Exceptional excel/data management skill.
∎ • High degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.
∎ • Possess strong interpersonal and time management skills.
∎ • Strong operational mindset with can-do attitude.
∎ • Tech-savvy with a knack for process improvement.

∎ job role will require frequently visiting relevant high value customers within Dhaka and occasionally in other key cities within Bangladesh
