Job Context:
∎ shurjoMukhi Limited is one of the leading software outfits of Bangladesh known for its payment gateway named shurjoPay. ShurjoMukhi recruits the best software engineers, designers, project managers, and marketers of the country to stay ahead of the competition.
∎ We are looking for a number of Merchant Acquisition specialists who will be responsible for merchant acquisition and business development of the shurjoPay.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain relationship with existing & newly onboarded merchants
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly transactional target
∎ Provide training to merchants to start off with shurjoPay and for the proper use of the merchant panel.
∎ Get merchant equipped with all the necessary gateways and schemes.
∎ Get merchant websites up to date with the compliance requirements.
∎ Successfully complete the settlement to the merchant's bank account.
∎ Encourage merchants to continue and grow online sales.
∎ Get the merchants accustomed to the respective stakeholders for different problems and requests.
∎ Solve merchant problems and cater to their queries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Strong analytical & interpersonal Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Advance Level MS Office & Google Sheets skills.
∎ Smart, Hardworking, Energetic & presentable
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
∎ Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to 'think outside the box
∎ Able to work outside working hours and remotely if required
∎ Have a passion for fintech and a good track record in selling high-tech products and solutions.
