Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts for PC Piling product
∎ Maintain solid relationships with key clients that generate maximum revenue for the company.
∎ Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints on product quality and the required services.
∎ Develop team KPI and ensure road map /action plan to achieve those accordingly.
∎ Ensure monthly tracking KPIs
∎ Compile reports on sales progress against revenue target, goals, and forecasts for the team and management reporting.
∎ Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams (production technical and design team).
∎ Supervise the sales engineer team assigned for each key client.
∎ Communicating and collaborating with the production technical team, design, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
∎ Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
∎ Support clients on design and drawing of the product (PC Pile) and finally signed-off formally for order processing.
∎ Negotiate contracts with necessary terms and conditions that protect the company’s interest and ensure win-win solution for the key clients accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with the production technical team to ensure clients quality are being met for each delivery as per set deadlines.
∎ Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
∎ Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up
∎ Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 years of strong track record of success as Key Account Manager, ideally within the Pre Cast Pile /Cement/Infrastructure industry.
∎ Very efficient in AUTO - CAD will be desirable to deliver client-focused solutions.
∎ Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
∎ Demonstrative ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
∎ A data driven person to analyze and draw inference from data.
