∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ecommerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire new merchants.
∎ Assist in the sign up process.
∎ Collect feedback from merchants frequently.
∎ Revive hibernating merchants.
∎ Manage Key Accounts under All Specified Category.
∎ Collaborate with Merchants.
∎ Maintain liaison with all the merchants.
∎ Undertake potential projects of Sheraa.com.bd
∎ Contribute in planning/implementing initiatives so that the category undergoes noticeable growth
∎ Supporting strategic business partnerships and developing subject matter expertise with customer account leaders, buyers, stakeholders, platforms, and information portals.
∎ Developing and implementing joint business plans with key performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones.
∎ Achieving planned sales, trade spend, and conversion objectives with key customers.
∎ Developing promotion support programs as the plan allows, conducting pre- and post-promo analysis, evaluating spend versus sales results in conjunction with the marketing team to continuously improve ROI of promotions and advertising.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2- 3 years of working experience in managing key accounts.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Proactive and can-do attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office suit.
∎ Effective influencing, selling, and negotiating/problem solving and presentation skills at all levels of the organization.
∎ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail and with an abundance of communication.
∎ Track record of being highly customer focused, building and maintaining excellent relationships.
∎ At least 2-3 year(s) in relevant organization/industry.
∎ Experience in E-commerce industry will get added value.
∎ Must be a good team player, hardworking, highly self-motivated and a strong communicator
∎ Keep skills current with new technologies & newer version of applications
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have the ability to do work individually.
∎ Working knowledge of printing practices and standards.
