Job Context:
∎ We are seeking for dynamic, talented Call Center Personnel.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Lalmatia)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Following call center "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
∎ Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Order receive, confirm & Distribution.
∎ Maintain Strong collaboration with other departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce
∎ Previous experience in a customer support role, especially in e-commerce.
∎ Track record of over-achieving quota.
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening both in English & Bengali.
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
∎ Experience in relative work field/sector are preferable.

Salary: Negotiable
