Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Vendors
∎ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationship with vendors
∎ Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
∎ Prepare reports on account status
∎ Resolve any issues and problems faced by Vendors and deal with complaints to maintain trust
∎ Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Independent and confident self starter.
∎ Proven track record of adaptive personality combined with proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
∎ Excellent English and Bengali communication skills with time management ability and structured approach to work.
∎ You are entrepreneurial, curious, flexible, and highly motivated.
∎ Knowledge of the foodpanda business model and interest in startups and food industry!
