Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation (BSc in Agriculture) with at least 2nd class or equivalent CGPA from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Survey primary block and confirm farmer selection
∎ Prepare block approval documents and timely submit to the supervisor
∎ Complete deed meeting and facilitators training of contact growers
∎ Justify foundation seed and inputs (Micro nutrient and pesticide) distribution properly within contact growers
∎ Check rouging, spraying, intercultural activities and report to the supervisor
∎ Accomplish field curing, shade curing, shorting and grading.
∎ Solve the problem immediately during certified seed purchase period and isolation problem
∎ Maintain stock and all documents regularly
∎ Control operational cost communicating with supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Do any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Engage in developing network between all related GO’s (DAE & SCA) & NGO’s.
∎ Assist to the farmers also Sales & Marketing
∎ Have good organisational skills and ability to multi-task and analytical
∎ Have to know reporting
∎ Have knowledge on people management, networking
