∎ ∎ Adequate knowledge in laboratory techniques, equipment management, troubleshooting.
∎ ∎ The Candidate having 2 years experience on "Cell Culture" shall get preference.
∎ ∎ The Candidate having experience on writing scientific papers and publications will get preference.
∎ ∎ Should have good understanding of laboratory information systems and automated laboratory equipment.
∎ ∎ Should have sound knowledge on handling Lab equipment and good lab practice.
∎ ∎ Should have knowledge on laboratory techniques, Fluorescent Microcopy, Cell & biology and etc.
∎ ∎ Proactive, self-motivated, self-directed.
∎ ∎ Problem solving capabilities.
∎ ∎ Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Management time to time.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ∎ TotiCell is a newly established world class regenerative healthcare center in Bangladesh committed to offer the best practice of advanced Regenerative Medicine (RM) aiming to improve the quality of life through Stem Cell & Gene Therapy. We apply cells & cell-based products for regenerative therapy at its best conditions at our Cell Culture Laboratory & Day-care Clinic which is equipped with cGMP laboratory, Quality Control and ultra-low temperature Cryo-banking Facility to facilitate demanding medical care in patients with terminal illnesses.
∎ ∎ Currently we are looking for talented and highly motivated Lab Assistants / Junior Scientists to join our dynamic team at TotiCell Ltd. The position will work with our scientists/doctors/health-workers to process human tissues/fluids to formulate Regenerative Cell Therapies for Unmet Medical needs (range for pain management to organ failures). The successful candidates will have in-depth knowledge and skill of lab procedures and understand the importance of maintaining a clean workspace by following all lab regulations for health and safety.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ ∎ Collection, processing and preservation of human tissues/samples.
∎ ∎ Responsible for safety and security of Laboratory area and its equipment.
∎ ∎ Prepare samples for testing using various laboratory equipment.
∎ ∎ Maintain all laboratory records.
∎ ∎ Comply with the correct procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations.
∎ ∎ Conduct laboratory tests, analyze results, and keep track record of the findings.
∎ ∎ Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced and that everything is clearly and correctly labeled.
∎ ∎ Stay informed with the latest laboratory trends, techniques, and best practices.
∎ ∎ Keep record of all activities, results and prepare report for the management.
∎ ∎ Keep & maintain work area and equipment clean and sterilize.
∎ ∎ Collect and prepare research and information needed for studies.
∎ ∎ Classify the label samples
