Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agile methodology, Agile Scrum, Analytical ability, Project Management, Project Planning, Technical Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain a continuous product roadmap by working with Management, DevOps, and business teams to understand business processes and explore how to solve problems that have never been solved before at this scale.
∎ Drive feature development updates and ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary product point of contact.
∎ Document all feature requests in detail from the business team, set priority according to the business need, and help the IT and DevOps team to deliver within SLA.
∎ Optimize feature rollout for high impact features that speed up time-to-market and time-to-value
∎ Spearhead and maintain SOP for daily product operations with the teams
∎ Be the gatekeeper for product and tech features to ensure optimal business impacts.
∎ Build strong working relationships with all key functional leads (Design, Engineering & IT, Product, UX Research & Business Teams) for your domain.
∎ Do QC & QA after every feature release.
∎ Arrange approval for all the feature request documentation before rollout.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of experience managing web and mobile consumer products as a product/tech specialist in an e-commerce/marketplace company. Plus, points if you have worked in a similar organization like ours.
∎ A passion to build a great product & be successful with that product in the market.
∎ A passion for design excellence, usability & consumer appeal in products.
∎ A good understanding of and passion for scrum and agile software development methodologies.
∎ A sense of urgency, pragmatism, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
∎ An analytical mindset and skill-set.
∎ Basic understanding of Project Management.
∎ Excellent documentation skills in English.

Salary: Negotiable
