Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident to speak with doctors and professionals.
Presentable appearance, positive attitude, eager to learn.
Willing to travel frequently and work in field conditions.
Good command of English & Bengali, MS Office basics.
Target-driven mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, visit, and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, doctors and healthcare professionals.
Promote and demonstrate medical devices to customers; provide product information, answer queries, follow up.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, sales presentations, and product trainings for customers.
Support the marketing team in organizing product launches, seminars and exhibitions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer engagement, generate reports for management.
Travel as required to meet clients, attend events and support field campaigns.
