Bridge Scale operating experience will be preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
Accurately weigh incoming & outgoing vehicles and loads using the weighbridge equipment.
Record, process and enter weight data into spreadsheets or EPR/SAP systems.
Verify that load documentation such as delivery order or shipping papers, matches the actual loads.
Liaise with drivers, logistics staff and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and clarify delivery details.
Ensure all weighing activities and records comply with relevant weight regulations, safety protocols and industry standards.
Perform basic maintenance checks on the weighbridge equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.
Generate weight reports, track materials movements and assist with administrative tasks as need.
