Responsibilities & Context: Job Description:
The position of Junior Officer (Sales & Marketing) at 4x Limited is a dynamic and results-driven role responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong customer relationships with dealer & local market. As a Junior Officer (Sales & Marketing), you will collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and achieve sales targets by effectively selling our products.
Tasks:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, including prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer & local market to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.·
- Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and customer feedback.·
- Collection & Cradit Management: Must ensure collection advance & dues from market on time & Before give any credit must take approval from superior.·
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.·
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet sales objectives.
