• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

• Age 25 to 34 years

• Good knowledge in textiles/garments and Microsoft Office programs.

• Understanding basic merchandising activity.

• Assist the Senior Merchandiser and Team Leader to maintain smooth communication with factories, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely updates.
• Follow up on the full critical path—from lab dips, first bulk fabric, and PP samples to production samples—to ensure timely dispatch and buyer approvals.
• Communicate with suppliers/factories to release all required approvals and follow up on subsequent submissions.
• Prepare and organize customer submissions such as lab dips, strike-offs, embroidery samples, and bulk fabric swatches.
• Follow up with suppliers on all samples after placing the PO/order, including:
• Initial Sample
• Fit Sample
• Black Seal Sample
• Gold Seal Sample
• Coordinate with GT/PD teams for sample development and ensure all technical requirements are met.
• Prepare the production file and share it with the quality team for execution.
• Collect physical trims, review them, and provide approval through the merchandiser if all requirements are met.
• Ensure effective communication by responding promptly to incoming emails and escalating operational requirements in line with TIL customer communication policy.
