∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ At least 1 year of merchandising experience in a reputed factory in the Knit category.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, build relationships, and work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Advanced IT proficiency, with expertise in MS Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
∎ Ability to remain organized and meet deadlines effectively.
∎ Profound knowledge of Knit garment engineering and production processes.
∎ Strong understanding of technical and production processes.
∎ Experience in effective communication.
∎ Knowledgeable about garment construction, specifically Knit fabric properties, fabric printing, and surface applications (e.g., heat transfer, embroideries, screen-printing), and Kids wear product safety and integrity.
