Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Executive to join our team. The Junior Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the Udvash-Unmesh-Uttoron's program/course plan and distributing promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters in strategic locations, including schools, colleges, and public areas.
∎ Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to introduce our organization & programs to potential students and parents.
∎ Physically visit local schools, and colleges and collect information for follow-up and telemarketing over the phone.
∎ Counseling students and parents for admission
∎ Distribute promotional materials such as leaflets, brochures, and posters in strategic locations like schools, colleges, and public places.
∎ Ensure our branding materials (banners, festoons, posters, etc.) are prominently displayed and well-maintained.
∎ Listen carefully to the inquiries of students and parents and then sincerely try to give a solution or inform the management.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and similar organizations to enhance our organization’s visibility.
∎ Gather feedback from students, parents, and others about their perception of our organization.
∎ Conduct surveys and gather data on competitors, student preferences, and market trends within the local area.
∎ Work closely with the central marketing and events team to align field activities with overall marketing strategies.
∎ Provide regular feedback and suggestions based on field experiences to help improve central planning and execution.
