Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate and build professional relationships with Polytechnic Institute teachers and students to promote Industrial Attachment programs.
Visit Polytechnic Institutes regularly for student counseling, presentations, and follow-ups regarding attachment and training opportunities.
Ensure target-based enrollment of students for Industrial Attachment programs.
Promote online and offline courses to Polytechnic students and fresh diploma graduates.
Execute offline marketing activities such as institute visits, seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
Support online marketing activities including social media promotion and student inquiry handling (digital marketing skills are optional).
Maintain proper records of student leads, enrollments, institutional contacts, and daily activity reports.
Collect market feedback from students and teachers and submit reports to management.
Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure smooth student enrollment and onboarding.
Represent the organization professionally and maintain a positive brand image at all times.
