∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare Legal opinion of land for joint venture development
∎ To Prepare bilateral Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-cobla deed etc.
∎ To look & handle legal site of company (like Thana, court, local people, land owner & client etc)
∎ To docmutation of land, sale permission, Power acceptance from related Govt. dept etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fresh/ 1 to 2 years experience on legal work of any company but preferable Real Estate company.
∎ Must have computer knowledge & strong command on MS Office & Bangla type.
