∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 1 year Experience in IT department.
∎ Minimum 1 year Experience in IT department.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Resolve IT queries & Troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, Computer hardware, software, Printer, and All networking problems.
∎ Maintain and monitor CCTV camera.
∎ Good knowledge of Windows server Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Office 365.
∎ Good knowledge of MikroTik Router, IPT service.
∎ Monitor network device and services for smooth network transaction and resolve issues on timely basis. Ensure all of services are up and running.
∎ Conduct ERP & IT training for basic computer skills and other applications for end user within the organization. Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
∎ Ensure periodic reporting & Reconciliation.
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all modules in inventory system.
∎ Develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within the organization.
∎ We are young, growing and professionally managed apparel sourcing company working on behalf of European and American Brands / Retailers as their local partner in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ To manage our continuous growth, we are now looking for some Young, Educated, Disciplined, Honest, Sincere, Hard Working, Willing to Learn, Team Player and Proactive Professionals to fill up below position at our Uttara Office.
