Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute Sales Order (SO) with Trip Number from Oracle.
∎ Ensure to print a gate pass for the finished cement delivery from Oracle.
∎ Execute the sales order (S/O) and post the truck number or barge name in the Oracle system to prepare the finished product delivery challan.
∎ Ensure the production entry in the VAT software.
∎ Issue VAT Challan (Mushok-11) for the cement plant, bag plant, & block plant.
∎ Posting VAT Challan in Sales Register (Mushok-17) for Cement Plant & Bag Plant.
∎ Posting Current Account (Mushok-18) for Cement Plant & Bag Plant.
∎ Submit the monthly empty bag statement for barge cement delivery.
∎ Prepare the daily sales report based on the daily cement delivery and submit it to the higher management.
∎ Prepare the VAT Summary Report and reconcile it with the system.
∎ Ensuring proper documentation and filling of official records.
∎ Collect empty bags from the store and maintain an internal register.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
