• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts Finance, VAT and TAX, ERP/Software using ExperienceStrong multi-tasking ability.·        
• Strong multi-tasking ability.
• Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude.
• Have Leadership, Analytical, Negotiation and Management skill.

• Execute Sales Order (SO) with Trip Number from Oracle.
• Ensure to print Gate Pass for finished cement delivery from Oracle.
• Execute the Sales Order (S/O) and post the Truck number or Barge name in the Oracle System to prepare the Finished Product Delivery Challan.
• Ensure the production entry in VAT software.
• Issue VAT Challan (Mushok-6.3) for Cement Plant & Bag Plant.
• Posting VAT Challan in Purchase Register (Mushok-6.1) and Sales Register (Mushok-6.2) for Cement Plant & Bag Plant.
• Prepare VAT-9.1 for Cement Plant & Bag Plant.
• Submit the Monthly empty bag statement for barge cement Delivery.
• Prepare the daily Sales Report based on the daily cement delivery and submit it to the higher management.
• Prepare the VAT Summary Report and reconcile it with the system.
• Ensuring proper documentation and filling of official records.
• Collect empty bags from the Store and maintain an internal Register.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
