∎ BBA/MBA
∎ MBA in marketing will be given added preferences
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Customer Service, Market Research
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Doing research for acquiring client data.
∎ Creation of client database.
∎ Calling clients to acquire the business.
∎ Maintain inbound / outbound communication with client in acquiring the business
∎ Managing customer inquiries.
∎ Checking the mail provided by the client. Collaborate with production team. Team work is also mandatory.
∎ Received the job along with instructions; submit job mail to the production & team. After getting the job done by production, sent the job to client using Dropbox, FTP, and Wetransfer.
∎ Managing customer inquiries, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining & monitoring provided working chart along with production & supervisor.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English is a MUST.
∎ Research based data creation ability
∎ Telemarketing skills are an added advantage
∎ Good with computer skills (word, excel, ppt, drive, ftp etc.)
∎ Ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise, and manage time and workflow effectively.
