∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Direct Sales, retail Sales, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain excellent relationship with clients through superior customer service.
∎ Travel to meet clients as needed
∎ Must achieve individual sales target.
∎ Drive primary and secondary sales in line with the company's growth target.
∎ Visit customers, prepare offer letter, identify and follow-up potential clients
∎ Maintain proper liaison with existing customers.
∎ Prepare, analyze regular sales report, and take necessary action upon it.
∎ Effective planning for market growth.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals to achieve sales target.
∎ Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
∎ Collect, forecast and analyses the market data for generating effective plan.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets independently.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Honest, Proactive, Confident, Smart, Hardworking & Energetic.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Will get attractive sales commission on target achievement. Salary will be revised while being permanent
