Job Responsibilities:
∎ Junior Executive, (Sales Coordination):
∎ Communicate with Sales Officer (SO), Zonal Manager (ZM) and Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) for any sales purpose
∎ Collect any product complain and personal complain from SO and ZM and forward to the respective department
∎ Coordinate with all respective departments for any type of work/ need/ demand in favor of SO and ZM (E.g. - bill correction, adjustment, product returns etc.)
∎ Coordinate with all dealers regularly for reconciliation of deliver order (DO) and payment
∎ Provide all type of sales information, order and planning to the SO and ZM through courier or mobile
∎ Plan and make arrangement for monthly sales meeting
∎ Collect all type of selling bills from SO and ZM and forward it to the Accounts and Finance department
∎ Perform all type of general activities in favor of Head of the Department (HOD),Sales & Marketing and Sales Manager
∎ Build, establish and maintain good relationship and regular business with existing and new clients.
∎ Regularly identify potential clients/groups and start business with them.
∎ Daily follow up production and delivery of relevant sold products and coordinate with factory production and distribution team.
∎ Junior Executive, (Household & Packaging):
∎ Build, establish and maintain good relationship and regular business with existing and new clients.
∎ Visit institute, FMCG Company, super shops, garments industries, pharmaceuticals, NGO's, detergent and chemicals companies and other institution where corporate sales scope is create.
∎ Regularly identify potential clients/groups and start business with them.
∎ Everyday should visit 5-10 clients and details should be written in visit notebook or DCR and report to supervisor.
∎ Must be capable of hunting new institutions/parties.
∎ Gather products knowledge continuously for better client service.
∎ Daily follow up production and delivery of relevant sold products and coordinate with factory production and distribution team.
∎ Junior Executive, (Customer Service):
∎ To respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
∎ To address client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ To maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
∎ To maintain customer grievance records and its solution.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
