  • Hands-on knowledge of solar PV system cleaning and preventive maintenance.

  • Ability to manage field teams and drive accountability.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.

  • Strong organizational skills for project tracking and billing support.

  • Responsive and available for on-call technical support.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Junior Executive, Project Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the operations, cleaning, and maintenance of solar projects. The role requires frequent site visits to ensure smooth project management, timely OPEX billing, and technical resolution of on-call maintenance requirements. The position focuses on driving team efficiency and ensuring system reliability across existing solar installations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. All Project Solar Project Site Operation and Generation Assessment.

2. Solar Project Cleaning & Maintenance Team Management:

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the site maintenance and cleaning teams.

  • Ensure all solar panels and associated equipment are cleaned and maintained as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize energy output.

  • Monitor team performance, attendance, and safety compliance.

3. Regular Site Visits & Project Management:

  • Conduct regular scheduled visits to existing project sites to inspect system health, identify potential issues, and ensure operational smoothness.

  • Liaise with site staff, clients, or stakeholders to resolve on-ground operational challenges.

  • Prepare and submit site visit reports with actionable recommendations.

4. OPEX Billing & Documentation

  • Track operational expenses (OPEX) related to maintenance activities.

  • Coordinate with finance/billing teams to ensure accurate and timely OPEX billing for projects under maintenance contracts.

4. Technical Support & On-Call Maintenance

  • Respond to and resolve on-call technical maintenance requirements for solar systems.

  • Diagnose faults, coordinate with technicians or vendors, and ensure minimal system downtime.

  • Maintain a log of technical issues and resolution steps for continuous improvement.
