Must have Computer Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel
Experience working with inventory management software
Should have good communication & interpersonal skill
Responsibilities & Context:
To receive materials as per purchase order
Store checking & Materials distribution as per requisition
Apply FIFO for materials distributions
To ensure Safety Stock level of materials
To ensure materials quantity and quality
To Check and follow-up Inventory monthly report both Head Office and Site
To prepare & Check MPR and GRN/MRR
To maintain store ledger with proper entry of GRN,MIN and STO
To prepare MIN and posting in software
To collect all monthly report from project within schedule time
To prepare various Letter, Internal Memo, Meeting Minutes etc
Any other work assigned by Management
