Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing a strong Buyer - Seller relationship
∎ Exceptional ability to promote company success by being courteous to customers, company associates, through a professional appearance and by having a positive attitude.
∎ New Client acquisition from open market.
∎ Communicate with clients requirements and develop strong client relationship.
∎ Generate and achieve quarterly targets and goals.
∎ Offer high quality customer service in a professional manner.
∎ Carry out trades for customers (over the phone or walk-in).
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and old clients.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
∎ Efficient and fluency in English and email communication

∎ Must have sound knowledge in computer application (Specially in MS office, Excel & Internet Browsing).
∎ Must be presentable, smart, energetic and hard working.
∎ Clear voice clarity & proper accent.
∎ Multitasking attitude.
