Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed University or Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new customer for woven bag marketing, prepare a database of potential customer & follow-up them on regular basis.
∎ Follow up the stock report from the factory and prepare delivery schedule of woven bag.
∎ Create efficient & effective ideas of woven bag marketing to achieve goals through new business plan that meet the customer needs into products, services, and profits.
∎ Initiate to develop the existing business operation process.
∎ Plan, organize and take initiative to achieve the sales target of woven bag as assigned / required by the management.
∎ Keep update report of competitor's prices, strategies and inform the superior accordingly.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with existing customer and provide proper feedback.
∎ Prepare potential customer list and visit/communicate with them in regular interval to create new customer.
∎ Keep in touch of delivery process and assist as or where necessary so that woven bag delivery lead time to be ensured.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly sales plan and submit sales & marketing report to management on regular intervals.
∎ Ensure maximum profit and secure the payment recovery.
∎ Strong Expertise in MS Excel

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s) of practical knowledge on PP woven bag marketing in any reputed Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Should be experience in the relevant build with be preferable.
∎ Ability to obtain confidence and build relationship.
∎ Good communication skill (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Skill (MS office, E-mail)
∎ Market Reading Capability & Decision Making Ability.
∎ Should be experience in the relevant field will be preferable.
