∎ At least 1 year(s) in sales or logistics (Fresher’s with strong communication skills also apply).
∎ Experience in dairy products sales will be an added advantage.
∎ Must be smart, confident, and target-driven.
∎ Good communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla (both speaking and writing) is required.
∎ Familiarity with mobile apps and tools.
∎ Willingness to travel within the city and outside city for client visits.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential clients for products and give services.
∎ Visit corporate clients, restaurants, shops and retailers to promote sales.
∎ Explain products, pricing and delivery options to clients clearly.
∎ Prepare and submit quotations and proposals as per client needs if needed.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and feedback.
∎ Coordinate with the operations team for on-time delivery.
∎ Maintain a client database and provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and delivery processing.
∎ Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities.
∎ Job Context: UPOVOG is looking for dynamic and target-oriented individuals to promote and sell dairy products, food, grocery and delivery services. The candidate must be proactive, smart, and passionate about sales and delivery.
