Responsibilities & Context: - Distribution and logistics management:
- Oversee the distribution network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Process and delivery customer orders and handle complaints.
- Client and partner relationship management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers.
- Provide ongoing support and gather feedback from customers.
- Select the fastest and most efficient route and complete the delivery on time.
- Demonstrate the ability to use alternative routes due to traffic congestion or weather conditions.
- Must have a good understanding of the roads of Dhaka city.
- Collect payment from the customer at the time of delivery of the product and deposit it on time.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and maintain transparency of financial transactions with the customer.
- Sales strategy and execution:
- Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Market analysis and reporting:
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, presentations, and pitches.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on channel expansion and market share.
- Internal collaboration:
- Coordinate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as logistics, customer service, and technical support.
- Provide customer feedback to product development teams to help improve products.
