Experience:
Graduate in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts, from a reputed institution
At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field, preferably in hotel or food service management
Having additional food & beverage related coursework or training certification will be an added advantage
Prior experience in culinary/cooking will be an added advantage
Should have good knowledge on different cuisines: Chinese, Thai, Bengali and Continental
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team
Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
Strong presentation and delivery skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines

Job Context
The Junior Executive / Executive – Food & Beverage is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the organization’s food and beverage forecasting, planning, and service. The incumbent will also be involved in duties including menu planning, cost management, preparation and presentation of food and drinks, while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards to deliver excellent employee and guest experiences.
Job Responsibilities
Decide weekly menu for canteen based on available ingredients in kitchen stock.
Regulate kitchen timeline to ensure on-time daily lunch delivery to the canteen and distribution to all employees.
Ensure daily lunch addition/cancelation updating and confirmation over the phone and email.
Submit monthly canteen lunch bills for local employees through MIS.
Ensure the timely replenishment of grocery store inventory.
Check and verify weekly local market grocery bills and settle with Accounts.
Ensure the proper recordkeeping of everyday café sales receipts, preparation of café sales report at the end of each month and its timely submission to Accounts.
Ensure the preparation and regular following of café and canteen checklists.
Ensure regular checking of expiry dates on stocked items.
Ensure proper personal hygiene/grooming guidelines are maintained by all F&B personnel.
Ensure all refreshments and lunch arrangements during customer meetings at ZXY HQ
Oversee the arrangement of breakfast and dinner for customers’ as and when required.
