Experience:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 1 to 2 years

• 1–2 years of experience in corporate or modern trade sales (preferably in Homecare and Hygiene products).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Executive – Corporate Sales (Modern Trade) to join our Modern Trade & Corporate Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Homecare and Hygiene products, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

• Assist in developing and executing corporate sales strategies to achieve business targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for new business.

• Coordinate with Modern Trade and Corporate clients to ensure timely delivery and order processing.

• Conduct market visits, collect feedback, and analyze sales performance.

• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and product presentations.

• Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure brand visibility and sales growth.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.
