• Have experience in overseeing and managing all aspects of the import process, including sourcing, procurement.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. 

• Have experience in cost management. 

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain. 

• Co-ordinate with all section of commercial department (Export, Import, Custom, Bank, Audit).

• Must need knowledge about ERP software system run, such as Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Export LC, Documentation Prepare and Reporting.  

• Must have computer literacy such MS Excel with good communication skill

DZN Labels Ltd. (Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh) a 100% Turkish-owned garments accessories manufacturing company is looking for a young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and professional.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.  
• Sourcing new products / new manufacturing company & Collecting product's price from different manufacturers.
•  Ensure Bank LC/TT related activities by preparing proper documents.
• Export LC, documentation, UD collection up process for Bond.
• Follow up the customers is needed to open direct LC as well as cooperate on this issue. 
• Receiving the products, storing and monitoring as well as delivery the products to the customers as well as update the status.
•  Performing Import-related general correspondence with Factory Concerns, Freight Forwarders, C&F agents and Bank Officers. 
•  Monitoring and lead the whole activities of supply chain department and need to take initiative for cost minimization in all cases. 
•  Need to involve on Tax & VAT related activities, preserve the related documents and submit to concern regulatory department as per requirement.  
• Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading & other export related docs, Handle Shipping line and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and implementation of all commercial strategies, independently prepare all export documents as per buyer's requirement.
• Generate regular reports on supply chain performance, including cost analysis, vendor performance, and inventory levels. 
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
•  Bank formalities– Draft confirmation, amendment and Doc retirement.
• Import Document Checking and LC Document Endorsement. 
• Customs Duty, Port charges and shipping charge Reconciliation & Pay Order. 
• Costing of Raw materials & others materials and submit to Finance & Accounts. 
• Vendor bill checking & Processing and for payment.
