Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Money received from drivers (Down/Up Trip) & contact with various Transport Agency.
∎ Payment of all kinds of Truck-related bills.
∎ Maintain daily cash register ( Receipts & Payments ).
∎ Provide Vehicle Trip Advance and Follow-up adjustments from Truck Drivers.
∎ Payment salary, bonus and incentive of drivers, mechanics & helpers.
∎ Prepare trip expenses bill and entry into the ERP module.
∎ Payment and adjustment of trip advance for long trips.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.
