Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ B.com / Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ BBA/MBA with major Accounting will be given priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have knowledge about documentation for import.
∎ Should have knowledge on banking procedures like L/C opening, documents endorsement etc.
∎ Should have clear idea on export L/C and sales contact.
∎ Ready to work with related department as a team.
∎ Entirely responsible for the overall operation of the store/ warehouse of the Factory.
∎ Have to maintain inventory of store by Manual System and Inventory Management.
∎ Receive store materials from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document.
∎ Distribute store materials as per requisition.
∎ Have to maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus property.
∎ Have to generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and maintain required MIS.
∎ Follow up and lead all store personnel for smooth functioning of store dept.
∎ Any others job assigned by the Management.
∎ Provide daily stock report, monthly stock report to the concerned department and collect their requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) : Store management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturers, Import commercial.
∎
∎ Ability to work under pressure & can-do multitasking.
∎ Able to quickly respond by email.
∎ Advance Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Browsing etc.
∎ Applicants have experience in Furniture Manufacturing Company will get preference.
