∎ Sustainability is a core pillar of our business activities, with a strong international team. To support our team at our Liaison Office in Dhaka, we are looking for a full-time employee to start as soon as possible in the position

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of our customer requirements in environmental CR management (focus on environmental and chemical management).
∎ Communication & coordination with the local environmental CR teams (Germany & China).
∎ Conducting training at our supplier factories on-site and at capacity building workshops.
∎ Implementing goals set by our Head Office in Germany.
∎ Implementation/follow-up and monitoring of the Digital Chemical Inventory (BVE3 & Bhive) at our supplier factories.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 3 years practical experience in a similar position.
∎ A high degree of self-organization, independence, motivation and target-orientation.
∎ Understanding of western brands' mindset towards sustainability and internal reporting.
∎ Interest in sustainability and working in an international team.
∎ You are conscientious, self-confident and a communicative team player with a structured way of working.
∎ First experiences with common tools to monitor and improve environmental sustainability (e.g. HIGG Index, ZDHC, amfori BEPI, STEP by Oekotex).
∎ Experience with carbon footprints, eco-friendly production technologies or recycled fibers is desirable.
∎ You have very good knowledge of written and spoken English and of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
∎ Willing to travel internationally, if required
