Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure, implement, and maintain networking devices, including Mikrotik, Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of the Network Management System (NMS) and bandwidth usage based on client requirements.
∎ Attend and resolve customer complaints via phone calls, email, or onsite visits as required.
∎ Provide support to clients on Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), network configurations, internet links, and related services.
∎ Respond to client inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
∎ Utilize the online ticketing system to manage and resolve client issues efficiently.
∎ Monitor and report on network performance daily, weekly, and monthly as directed by senior management.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of network links, new users, tasks, and equipment.
∎ Report network usage against client requirements and ensure optimal system performance.
∎ Perform daily maintenance of PCs and laptops, including the installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software.
∎ Ensure regular updates and troubleshooting of IT systems to maintain high performance and security standards.
