Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description
- Troubleshoot office local office LAN, workstations, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical assistance to users experiencing issues with printers and scanners. This may involve diagnosing hardware and software problems and replacing defective components as required.
- Able to configure Router/AP, and switches as required.
- Installing necessary crack/paid software for architects and Civil Engineers.
- Manage and maintain the mail server (Google Suite) by communicating with the service provider.
- Manage web hosting service provider to keep the company website up to date.
- Maintain CCTV security System & Access Control System.
- Maintain all kinds of IT inventory updates.
- Procure IT products as required.
- All types of IT Support at the user end as per requirements.
