• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering from a reputed University.

• 3 to 5 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, real estate and construction company, or IT-enabled service company.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bangla, verbal and written.

Job Description

• Troubleshoot office local office LAN, workstations, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to users experiencing issues with printers and scanners. This may involve diagnosing hardware and software problems and replacing defective components as required.
• Able to configure Router/AP, and switches as required.
• Installing necessary crack/paid software for architects and Civil Engineers.
• Manage and maintain the mail server (Google Suite) by communicating with the service provider.
• Manage web hosting service provider to keep the company website up to date.
• Maintain CCTV security System & Access Control System.
• Maintain all kinds of IT inventory updates.
• Procure IT products as required.
• All types of IT Support at the user end as per requirements.
