Education: Diploma in Civil 

Experience: At least 7 years of Civil Construction Project Supervision and maintenance works 

Age: 28 to 35 years

• Should have experience in regular building maintenance work.

• Supervision and monitoring of construction works at the site to ensure quality.

• Execution of work, recording, and reporting daily progress as per schedule.

• Preparation and placement of material requisitions for procurement.

• Estimating, preparing, and verifying bills.

• Project planning, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), costing, and estimating.

• Checking and ensuring work is carried out as per design and drawing.

• Supervising site staff and coordinating between management and site personnel.

• Providing measurements of work items and maintaining measurement books.

• Ensuring quality construction works and quality products.

• Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.

• Handling subcontractors.

• Supervising technical and non-technical staff.

• Ensuring authentication/certification of bills.

• Arranging mobilization and site preparatory works.

• Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise on site.
